The idea:

Viktoriya Seredyuk is a certified psychological safety trainer, coach, and DI professional.

Viktoriya and I worked together to create her visual and written brand identity, a content framework, and a go-to-market strategy for her new podcast and brand! I also created her website and wrote much of the copy.

Viktoriya's podcast, also named Lead with Cando, re-imagines workplace relationships through psychological safety.
